    MooShoes strives for customer satisfaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of receipt. All mooshoes.com orders are eligible for store credit or a full merchandise refund, minus the price of shipping. MooShoes reserves the right to refuse any items that appear worn or used.

    Items noted as final sale on their product pages are not eligible for return.

    Skincare, sunglasses, ceramics, and candles are not returnable.

    To initiate a return, please start your return through our returns portal: Return Portal. 

    Once your return is started, you'll receive a shipping label to send your item(s) back to us at:

    Kindly include your original packing slip and/or a note that you're returning for refund. 

    We offer the option to add Checkout+ Free Returns at checkout for a small upfront fee, which covers your return shipping so there are no additional label fees when you send an item back.

    • Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, and is not included in store credit or refund amounts.
    • Return coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
    • If Free Returns was not selected at checkout, any shipping fees associated with making a return are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

    MooShoes is not responsible for any lost returns.

    Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Shoes that are sent without an exterior box will incur a $5 repackaging fee that will be deducted from the refund.

    Please note: clearance items marked final sale online are not eligible for return.

    EXCHANGES

    Before sending your exchange, please email us at
    orders@mooshoes.com to confirm availability of your desired item.

    Domestic returns are eligible for one initial exchange shipped free of charge. If you added Free Returns at checkout, shipping the item back to us is covered as well; otherwise, return shipping fees for sending the item back to us are still the responsibility of the customer. Additional exchanges from the same order will require a shipping fee. See shipping info for rates.

    International returns are shipped at the destination country’s shipping fee. See international shipping info for rates.

    REFUNDS + STORE CREDIT

    Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed. Please allow 3­-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

    Store credit may be issued in place of a refund. To redeem store credit, please email us at info@mooshoes.com or call us at 212.254.6512Store credit is also valid for use at our NYC store front, and never expires.

    IN STORE PURCHASES

    In store purchases may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Original sales receipt must be provided. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. MooShoes reserves the right to refuse any items that appear worn or used.

    All clearance items purchased in store are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

    DAMAGED + DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

    If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please start a return through our returns portal and select the appropriate reason (such as "Damaged Item Received" or "Defective Item") so we can help you exchange or return the item. If you need additional assistance, please call us at 212.254.6512 or email us at orders@mooshoes.com and we will help you exchange or return the item.

    Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if an item becomes defective within 6 months of purchase date. We will assess merchandise defects on a case by case basis to come up with the best solution possible.

    CANCELING ORDERS

    If you would like to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours via orders@mooshoes.com or by phone 212-254-6512. 

    EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
